We received an excellent service from Amanda from start to finish. She is very personable and keen to help with everything involved in selling a house. We had a few stressful moments during our sale, but Amanda was always there with help and advice.

I initially spoke to Amanda when I met her to view the property I subsequently fell in love with and bought. She helped me Every step of the way with the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one, and was always there for advice when needed even if it wasn't beneficial to her and the sale. The shoulder to lean on was greatly appreciated and I found Amanda and the team supportive and helpful.

I recently completed the sale of my property with a huge thanks to Amanda at Sabel & Co.
When Amanda first viewed the cottage I had just finished refurbishing, she strongly recommended furnishing it to really show it at its best and demonstrate how each room could be used. At the time I wasn't entirely convinced it was necessary, but once I saw the finished result I completely understood why.
It looked stunning. The finishing touches such as throws, cushions, plants and books made the house feel like a real home rather than just an empty property.
The whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about managing viewings, feedback came through quickly via the app Sabel & Co use, and everything moved along smoothly.
At one point our solicitors actually went into liquidation which could have caused a major issue, but Amanda stepped in and had it sorted the very same day.
Without that level of support and guidance the whole process could easily have become a disaster.
Amanda clearly knows her stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sabel & Co.

Amanda straight away set myself and my partner at ease with her professional but personalised approach. She was knowledgeable about the house, the surrounding area and happy to answer any questions we had regarding the property we viewed. Amanda and the team were first rate. The price was very reasonable when compared to others and the quality of the design and finish was amazing. I got multiple offers on my house and every viewer stated how beautiful the house had been laid out and decorated. In addition when my circumstances changed Amanda was flexible and worked with me on when the fittings could be removed. If you want to sell a house near your asking price and want to make it easy for the potential buyers then work with Amanda

Wow! What a fantastic agency. Being new to the country we were quite horrified at the quality of real estate agencies, their lack of knowledge and willingness to provide any information to assist you in making an informed decision…. that is until we found Amanda. You immediately know that Amanda lives and breathes real estate, she is a wealth of knowledge and can actually engage in your discussions about properties and areas. I recently sold a property through Sabel & Co. I was specifically looking for a company with knowledge of my specific market as I ideally wanted to sell the property maintaining full continuity for the situated tenants. Sabel & Co were recommended so I was happy to go ahead with them. They valued the property and gave me a confidence that the market value and asking price would be achieved in full. Amanda negotiated the price with the buyer on my behalf, again removing an added pressure.
From start to finish the whole process with Sable & Co was smooth and professional. Any periods of silence during the process were met with reassurance as this was the first time I had sold a tenanted property.
I was guided and fully supported through the conveyancing step by step, which gave me a full insight into Amanda's knowledge and skill set. I had a real feeling from Amanda that not only was I her priority in getting the process completed efficiently, but her focussed continued to be fully committed to the tenant, helping a family in situ avoid any uncertainty.
My experience with Sabel & Co was such that I have since advertised another of my properties for sale with them, and to date the service has been of the same very high standard.
